Many artists, particularly members of the Redlands Creative Alliance Inc (RCAI) group, participate in a number of exhibits and shows each year. An annual and major event upcoming is at the Redlands Performing Arts Centre (RPAC). This exhibit always has a large number of artistic exhibitors, a grand opening evening and all art pieces are available to purchase. There will be both 2D and 3D artworks on show.

4.30pm – drinks and nibbles, 5pm – entertainment till 7.30pm.
The entertainment supplied by performance members will commence at 5.30pm (gold coin entry to help our starving artists?!)
Join in this celebration with a diverse and wonderful variety of artists, to be held in the wonderful semi outdoors, newest event facility in the Redlands. It’s an opportunity to meet the artists, the people of Myhorizon Event Centre and honoured guests. There will be light refreshments and a pay bar. Please invite your family and friends.

There is often more to art than paint brushes and creativity. There is a very practical side behind the scenes. There are, of course, exhibitions, marketing, administration, plus also keeping up to date with that is happening. I’m a member of Redlands Creative Alliance and it’s all happening with them at present. The Alliance, run by Chair May Sheppard, has been operating now for 7 years and has a strong membership that expands daily.
